My Thanksgiving Recipe for Maple & Spice brined chicken, turkey, or any poultry!🦃 🍁

I know Thanksgiving looks quite a bit different this year for many of us. Smaller, mostly a couple or a few people. Maybe you’re cooking a chicken, or some quail! Or maybe some game hens. No matter your bird, I created a recipe for a smaller bird that you can easily adjust for larger poultry. 🍂

Have a happy, safe, loving sweet and kind Thanksgiving!

Cheers and xo,

Jolie Goodnight
